We find most players struggle with performing to the highest potential due to not being able to stay engaged in the moment. too many times, we cloud our minds with both past and future results that we ignore the most important moment...living in the moment.

BE OK WITH FEELING PRESSURE

Understanding that we all feel pressure is key to not letting the pressure affect our goals. Feeling pressure doesn't equate to failure...i'ts how we deal with that pressure that allows some to succeed where others fail. be OK with feeling pressure, it's how we know we care.

To execute under pressure, we feel the most important aspect is to train the mind to, regardless of perceived outcome, trust in your ability and what you know to be the right shot.
